I wanted to pimp-up my mobility scooter and as I can not afford to do it in the real world I thought I would have a go digitly. I lost count of how many layers I used but it was certainly more than a 100 and all done in Photoshop Elements 12. I defently think that it would have been quicker to do it for real. Great learning experience though.
